Is the oldest in the park system (1902) and is located adjacent to the Downtown Business District and Public Library. The park serves as an open space for primarily passive recreational activities. The large trees on this site create an exceptionally attractive venue in the heart of the City. Park features include the popular Les Paul Performance Center (used for summer concerts), playground equipment, Native American effigy mounds, and historic statues/items to learn and enjoy.
