The Waukesha Public Art Committee is dedicated to enriching the cultural life of our community through its advocacy, encouragement and promotion of the visual arts within the City of Waukesha.
Story Map and Brochure
The art included in the Story Map and brochure (PDF) was created by many local artists to enhance the physical environment of Waukesha. This publication illustrates, from sculpture to painted glass, the unique spirit of our community.
The Waukesha Public Art Committee invites you to enjoy viewing these works of public art in person with the accessible walking tour map (PDF) found on the brochure.
Beginning in June of 2013, Waukesha GuitarTown began presenting a series of murals that focus on Les Paul and the history of Waukesha. These are located throughout downtown Waukesha. For more information or to view these murals, click here.
