A Front Yard 4th
Following the Reverse Parade you are invited to participate in the following events:
Front Yard Cook-Out: Starting at 4:00 pm bring your grill to the front and enjoy seeing your neighbors at a front yard cook-out.
4th Flyover: Eyes on the sky as planes from the T28 Trojan Horsemen take to the sky over Waukesha, 7:10 pm to 7:25 pm. The ex US Navy North American T28s with 1400 horse power Radial engines that were recycled from WWII B17s will be an awesome site to see!
Let Freedom Ring: At 8:00 pm listen for the bells from local churches as we close out the night.
The City will not be holding the annual Fireworks display. Various alternatives were explored. However, due to a variety of logistical issues including the need to maintain social distancing and the amount of traffic expected it was determined to not be feasible to hold the fireworks.
We are all disappointed and look forward to resuming our full festivities in 2021.
