Toboggan Run/Public Ice Rinks

The Toboggan Run is now closed. 
Our anticipated opening date is December 23, 2019!

The ice rink at Lowell is currently under construction.

The Toboggan Run is located at Lowell Park. The Lowell Park Warming Shelter is located at:

Family Sledding

Hours of Operation


  • Saturdays, 1 - 4 p.m.
  • Sundays, 1 - 4 p.m.
  • Holiday hours to be announced.

Toboggan Fees*


  • Chute Pass: $10 per day (tax included, cash only accepted)
  • Includes toboggan rental
  • Valid Driver's License or $60 deposit required

 *A Participant Waiver (PDF) must be signed by an adult. All users under the age of 18 must have waiver signed by parent or guardian, prior to toboggan run usage. All riders must be 48" tall, and all riders under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult. Waiver is available at Lowell Park Shelter during toboggan run hours of operation.

Public Ice Rink



If weather permits, an unsupervised public ice skating rink will be available at Lowell and Buchner Parks.
