Commencing July 1, 2021, the City of Waukesha Municipal Court will resume in-person Court for Initial Appearances, Motions to Reopen, Good Cause Hearings, and Further Proceedings, however, you still have the option of appearing via zoom. Masks are no longer required for in person appearances per District Court Order effective June 1, 2021. On the day of Court, in-person appearances will be heard before Zoom appearances. Please refer to your citation for your scheduled Court date and time. Please note, Zoom information will be mailed out from the Municipal Court prior to your court date

The Municipal Court is responsible for non-criminal violations that happen in the City of Waukesha. This page has been designed to answer some questions you may have regarding procedures. Tickets received outside of the city or on the expressway will not be handled through this court. Review your ticket to determine the correct court and address where you are supposed to appear.
