How to apply:

There are several rooms available for rent at City Hall classes, meetings, and other events. If you are interested in renting any of the rooms please fill out the Waukesha City Hall Room Use Application Form online or print off the Waukesha City Hall Room Use Application Form PDF and mail or drop off the form to the City Clerk's Office (201 Delafield St., Waukesha, WI 53188).

Eligibility:

Eligible Groups include: Charitable organizations in Waukesha that are tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3); Social welfare organizations in Waukesha that are tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(4); Citizen groups composed of Waukesha residents whose purpose is civic or neighborhood improvement, safety, beautification, or cleanliness; City of Waukesha elected officials
