City Hall is currently closed to the public to prevent the spread of COVID-19. City Staff will be present during regular business hours in order to assist residents via phone or email or to schedule appointments.
The Assessor’s Office will be sending out assessment notices May 29, 2020. NOT all properties were reassessed this year. Only approximately 720 real estate assessment notices will be sent out.

If you have questions on your assessment, you can schedule an appointment with the Assessor’s office for the “Open Book” period which will be held from June 1 - June 12. To schedule an appointment, please contact the Assessor’s office at 262-524-3510.
The Board of Review is the next level of appeal if the property owner is not satisfied with their assessment after talking to the Assessor’s Office. The first meeting of the Board of Review is scheduled for June 22 at 8:00 AM in Room 207 at City Hall. An appointment is necessary to meet with the Board of Review. Please contact the Clerk's office for further details on Board of Review at 262-524-3550.
