The 2020 Board of Review adjourned on June 22, 2020. The 2020 Assessment Roll is closed, and no more changes can be made to it.
If you would like to have the Assessor’s Office review your assessment for 2021, you can provide information (appraisal, market analysis, listing contract, comparable sales or assessments, repair estimates) to our office by mail to the Assessor’s Office, 201 Delafield St, Waukesha WI 53188, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 262-650-2571.
The Assessor’s Office does not levy taxes. Any questions about taxes should be made to the appropriate taxing authorities.

Wisconsin State Statute 70.32 states, "Real Property shall be valued by the assessor in the manner specified in the Wisconsin property assessment manual provided under Section 73.03(2a) from actual view or from the best information that the assessor can practicably obtain, at the full value which could ordinarily be obtained therefore at private sale".
The mission of the Assessor's Office is to prepare the annual assessment roll while providing the best possible service.
