Alley 31 and Alley 32 Reconstruction

FINAL PROJECT UPDATE: Sept 18, 2020

This week the contractor completed all of the remaining drive approach replacements, and all restoration work along Alley 31.  Some restoration work remains along Alley 32 but will be wrapped up early next week.  As of Wednesday/Thursday both alleys have been re-opened for vehicular access.

Traffic Control/Access

Both Alley 32 and Alley 31 have been re-opened to traffic and driveway access.

This will be my final update for the project.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the project, please feel free to contact me.

Project Update: September 11, 2020

This week the contractor completed the remaining concrete alley pavement pouring on Alley 32, and wrapped up the curb and gutter and sidewalk through the Alley 32 entrance from Wilson Ave.  The concrete driveways were also poured along Alley 31.

Next week the contractor will be completing any remaining concrete driveways both along Alley 32 and Alley 31 and will also be installing the asphalt driveways along both alleys next week as well.  Once the driveways are all complete, the contractor will be restoring any vegetated areas will seed and mulch, and after concrete cure time is achieved, both alleys will be re-opened to traffic.

Traffic Control/Access

All vehicular access to Alley 31 and Alley 32 is currently restricted, but will likely be re-opened mid-late next week (Alley 31), and potentially as early as Friday (9/19) for Alley 32.

All the dates and times above are subject to change and are weather dependent.  I will update the group if anything changes from the above information.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the project, please feel free to contact me.
