REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES-MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND DRUG/ALCOHOL SCREENS
OFFICIAL NOTICE


Proposals will be received by the City of Waukesha Metro Transit System at its office at 2311 Badger Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188-5932 until 11:00 a.m. Central on February 7, 2020 of transit employee medical examinations and drug/alcohol screens for a three-year period beginning March 1, 2020.

The award to be let under this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance contract between the City of Waukesha and the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The successful contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations and will be required to certify that it is not ineligible for a federally assisted contract.

The City of Waukesha reserves the right to accept the bid most advantageous to the City or to reject any or all bids.
