Planned Unit Developments
Board of Zoning Appeals
Land Use Amendments
TIF Creation and Amendment
Public Notices and Hearings give an opportunity for any person, whether a resident, business owner, or concerned citizen, to get informed and address the Commission, Board, or Common Council on an issue that may affect a person's interest, property, or other possessions. To aid in making fair and prudent decisions, these Commissions, Boards, and the Common Council needs as much information as is readily available from all sources, which includes the community and citizens impacted by a proposed action.
